Amy Staska, Vice President, NRCA University has been with NRCA since August of 2011 and previously worked for the association from 1996 to 2004. Amy has worked in training and education her entire career, including at Awana Clubs International—a nondenominational children’s and youth Christian ministry—and the University of New Hampshire. At NRCA, Amy started her work in health and safety; her initial projects were helping to author NRCA’s first Safety Manual and Toolbox Talks. As part of the education department, Amy has helped with the startup of the Future Executives Institute, shaping and teaching For Foremen Only, and implementing the growing ProForeman certificate program. Amy’s responsibilities include working with the education department and NRCA University committees to ensure all NRCA University offerings are well-developed, thorough and meet member needs.
